Bandsman's white ceremonial pouch and strap a: Heavy white leather satchel, shield-shaped brass plate on flap, 2 brass rings each side. Inside flap a lyre+ 19?. b: Shoulder strap adjustable brass buckle, brass keeper and tip. Attached to (a) by two leather tags and brass studs.
