About this objectA black and white portrait taken of Mr Walter Wright, wife Annie (nee Hingston) and their son Andrew [Thomas Andrew Wright] in his NZ Army uniform. Andrew was a rabbiter, working in Riversdale when he enlisted to serve in World War Two as Trooper 17589 in the Divisional Cavalry Regiment 2, NZEF. He returned home, married Isabel Wright and lived in Riversdale where he worked as a farmer and contractor. He passed away on 7 June 2003.
