Music score; A bound, photocopied, collection of 188 bagpipe scores written by Alexander Taylor Cameron. Alexander Taylor (A.T.) Cameron (1868-1957) was well known in piping circles as a piper, judge and composer. A.T. Cameron was the second son of Alexander Cameron and Elizabeth Cameron (nee Taylor) who farmed at 'Banvie' at Waddell Road, Mataura for 50 years from 1871.
Alexander and Elizabeth Cameron had seven sons and three daughters. Five of their sons were pipers: Duncan Cameron, Alexander Taylor Cameron, Donald Duncan Cameron, John Angus Cameron and William McKay Cameron. Another son, Angus Frank Cameron was a drummer and was killed on the Somme in World War One. The seventh son, Thomas died in childhood. All three daughters also died before before reaching adulthood.
