About this object

Medals, 12 mason's jewels (medals) in a glazed presentation box.Some of the jewels belonged to the late Mr Harry Jarrett, a member of Lodge Mataura No 174. Mr Jarrett emigrated to New Zealand to work at the Mataura Paper Mill and some of the jewels are from his time in Britain. Mr Jarrett was the organist for Lodge Mataura No 174.
