About this object
A cream lace over satin wedding dress, made and worn in 1966.The full length dress features a scoop neck bodice, inset unlined long lace sleeves with 8 satin covered buttons and pointed cuff, paneled front skirt to floor length.The skirt has a lining of vylene stiffening. The back has a plain bodice, side zip, a cream satin bow at waist level, and a waterfall of tiered lace ending in a train. It was made by Mrs Enid Herbert of Gore.
