About this objectEmbossed water filter. Water filter; a large, cylindrical water filter, made from stoneware, glazed pale brown. Applied, moulded relief decoration in white. Moulded handle on either side. Stamped emblem in black on a white background at the front: "Lipscombe & Co, Patentees, 44 Queen Victoria St, Mission House, London. And at Temple Bar".
