About this object

Backstamp for hand labelling of ceramic ware. Turned wooden handle with a flat circular pad at one end. A thin foam pad is glued to this wooden pad, and on to that a thin rubber stamp has been glued. Around the outside it reads "THE AVONDALE SELECTION . MADE IN NEW ZEALAND" and inside this circle it reads "Harmony dishwasher safe detergent proof D760" when printed.
