Postcard 17x12cm - inscribed inside cover: M S H Florance, c/- 8 Napier Avenue, Takapuna. Matilda Sapphire Henrietta Florance was the wife of Robert Stone Florance, Stipendiary Magistrate at Russell early 1900s, and later retired to Matauwhi Bay 1921-8. The postcards come from all over NZ, as the family shifted from Christchurch to Hawkes Bay, and other places including the Chatham Islands.
