Photograph [Margaret Flood]
About this object
This black and white photograph pictures Margaret Flood as a young woman. She is wearing a dark dress, with a crucifix pendant around her neck and her long hair is pulled back with a headband. The photograph seems to have been taken in a paddock, similar to the one depicted in the photograph of her little sister Mary (XCH.1556)
Margaret was the daughter of Frances Louisa Clendon and Robert Patrick Flood. She had two sisters, Kitty and Mary, and two brothers, Thomas and George. She was born on 14 November 1898 and married Florence Daniel Donovan on 10 April 1928 in Okaihau.
This photograph is a modern copy made from the original.
