Scout Association-Isel District Badge; worn by all scouts in the district (including cubs, venturers, and leaders). Originally called Nelson South, the district's name was changed to Isel on 8 aug 1970. The district recombined with Nelson on 1oct1975. Badge depicts the gateway to Isel Park. The open gateway with its inferred invitation to enter, symbolises the pathway of Scouting', its goals and ideals. Badge first produced in 1971.
