About this objectThis is an example of an early manual drencher, dating from the pre-1900 era. This drencher was used for sheep and goats, with the most likely drugs used being castor oil, cod liver oil or epsom salts. Very early on, a Rawleigh product called Colic and Bloat Oil was also used for sheep, cattle and horses.
