This is a cheese board set which was made in 2007 to commemorate 125 years of dairy production in Edendale. The set comprises a board together with a cheese slice, a knife and a small cleaver, all of which have printed on them, 'FONTERRA EDENDALE CELEBRATING 125 YEARS DAIRY MANUFACTURING'.

Having been continuously operational since 1882, the Edendale Dairy Factory was the first dairy factory in New Zealand.
