Portrait of a Young woman seated in a building with a cat to her left. Receding buildings form the mid ground and sky in background. Woman is wearing a dark dress, short sleeved with a large button or brooch as decoration, echoed by the cat's white 'bib' of fur. Red circle to the right of the woman leads the viewer down to her exposed right arm and to halo effect of the light street behind her. The woman is in a relaxed pose with a Mona-Lisa like smile. Buildings in the midground heavily abstracted with a restrained palette.Named Collection
