About this object

Paper holder; a paper holder made from supple-jack and wire. It consists basically of a loop of supple-jack wired together at the base to form a pocket which holds papers. Currently contains a copy of the Otago Daily Times from April 26th 1963. This is recorded as being made at Purakauiti School, in approximately 1929.
