Subject and Association DescriptionThis solid, Cylindrical, wooden roller with a handle at each end, like a giant rolling pin, has the design of a fern leaf with the words 'New Zealand' on it. It measures 21 inches long including the handles and was used to stamp the pattern on the block of butter. It was used at the Morrinsville C0-operative Dairy Company when butter was exported in large wooden boxes.
