About this object

White cotton drawers, machine stitched, with white work satin stitch embroidery, scalloped around hem and flower motifs on outside legs, which are hand worked. Fastened at waist by a button at centre back and back flap 'trapdoor' fastened at either back hip with a button, all buttons are linen covered.
