I am researching this organization especially the meetings held in Palestine.
Can I get a better copy of this photograph.
It is possible the Palestine Certificate s belonged to James Neil McCarroll or his brother Thomas McCarroll. Both men attended the meeting on the 6th April 1918.
See my recently published book about this event.
