Glass thermometer with a paper inside with a black printed numbers marking the temperature from 10 degrees to 230 degrees with red printed numbers 60, 150, 210 degrees. Inscription on the thermometer, " New Floating diary thermometer; 10 -230; 32' Freezing; 62' 60' { Churning heat/; 85' Cheese heat; 150' Scalding heat; 212' Water Boil."
