About this object

Short sleeves made of patterned cotton with 2 rows broderie anglaise and featherstitch. Scoop neckline with featherstitch around edge tie back. Featherstitch around waist and tie, skirt gathered into bodice with very precise tiny pleats. V shaped embroidered decoration down front bodice edged with broderie anglaise. Long full skirt with cutwork design on from mid half way widening out to across front at hem, cutwork border across back at hem with 5 pin tucks above. 1 Mother of pearl button between ties at back.
