White: Hand Stitched, wide frill with broderie anglaise at hem then band of anglaise hem stitch both sides, 3 rows of 5 tiny pin tucks above, plain skirt gathered at yoke, same anglaise with 3 pin tucks in V shape front and back, frill over shoulders, long gathered sleeves with band of pin tucks and anglaise at wrist then frill. Tie & tiny covered button at back opening.
