I am the Great x3 Grandaughter of Private John Bryan who sailed from Cork, with his family on the Sir Richard Sale in June 1847. He died in 1866 of a heart attack, whilst in the employ of Mr McLean in Howick. His wife was Ann Bryan. I can not place this lady - or her father - there are no other Bryan's on the Sir Richard Sale - is there any more information attached with this photo?
