A sketch of Bill Keenan's house in Picton Street, next to Newton's Carriers, opposite the Marine Hotel by Miss Nixon. The left hand side was occipied by William Keenan. One acre of land went with each half of the house. The right hand side was occupied by J R Howie for some years as a boot repairing premises. Bill Kennan's brother Arthur owned the right hand side with one acre of land. + 2 copies and 5 photocopies
