About this object
Taken in the 1990s, this is the last staff photograph of Fleming & Co held by the Gore Museum. Notable among the staff are Dawn Brocks who became the first female manager of the Mill and who oversaw the closing of the Mill in 2001. Also of note is Ron Ashby, who was the Mill's longest serving employee. Ron started at the Mill making boxes and after 47 years, ended his career as Head Engineer.
